I invite you to continually question your beliefs. For ignorance is born of fear; a question of the unknown. Does not the bird take first flight at the fall?

In response to the many messages I’ve received, surely inspired by LDS General Conference weekend, I very much respect your freedoms and I certainly benefit from the Mormon doctrines of hope, respect, love, and compassion for others.

However, to make this very simple, I do not believe in the superfluous doctrine of rights and ceremonies, the definitive form of God’s existence and afterlife, and other organizational beliefs.

I love people and certain elements of spirituality, but I do not claim to understand religion.

It seems to me that the people who understand the natural, animal characteristics or humans are the ones who become the most successful. Sex sells. Food sells. Why? It’s because we need them. We need are natural needs met, and we do everything and anything we can to meet them.

These were my thoughts while brushing my teeth tonight…

Evil has no singular root. Just as a sturdy tree maintains a network of roots deep within earth’s soil, so too does evil.

I was excited to spend time with my family today on Easter, but alas, the fates decided to grant me sickness.

Now I’ll just cure my sore throat and cough with Skittles and Reese’s eggs, and wonder how the Easter Bunny visits so many houses in just one day.

Happy Easter to all, and to all a good egg.

Lately I’ve felt a little disconnected with life.

I don’t know what it’s been, exactly, but I’ve been making these little progressive stepping stones back to reality. What do I really want? What do I care about? What do I reach for? I’m still not quite sure, but the film Tiny Furniture tonight was exactly what I needed.

I’m not sure yet what the movie taught me, but Lena did a great job.

It made me feel…feelings.

And tonight, that’s exactly what I needed.

Today I was able to remodel and redesign my home office, and it looks quite lovely. I’m in love.

I’m also undergoing a transition. It’s quite interesting, actually. Where I’m dissecting and digressing my various brands. I’m known in the business world as Christian Hollingsworth, I’m developing Lord Christian as the musician and model, Lord Chrishy as the musician’s friend, and for fun in drag, Lesbi Honest. It all fits within my personalities, and I’m finding this artistic world within my head is having a difficult time categorizing and developing itself into easy to accept packages for the masses. They don’t always understand.

But I’ll find the way.

I have big dreams. Restaurants, clothing lines, music, and helping those in need.

And I’m going to do it all.

I’m telling the sadness to go away, for today is my day, this I say.
I scream at the pain and forbid it to live, for this is my life, my love, my bid.
I run to the stars and reach for the moon, they cleanse my soul, they sing my tune.
Like flower buds my wings do grow, flying high like clouds I flow.
This is my place I’ve arrived today, the script is mine, here I stay.

Six hours of business meetings yesterday, a night of guiding my team for the launch of the new Smart Boy shopping cart (including digital marketing services), and yet another day of meetings and development.

And you know what? I couldn’t be happier.

Some very exciting projects are in the works, including the ability for businesses and brands to easily subscribe to a premium social media management services, as well as access to tools and resources for online growth and customer engagement.

I also just booked my flight and hotel for a trip to Hollywood in a few days to work with my magnificent producer. Doing my best to make my visions tangible.

While working on my laptop today during Cyber Monday I decided to fall prey to one of Netflix’s glimmering advertisements. Dancing on the display were the words, “Top 10 Picks for Christian.”

Obviously, being as flamboyant, I Love You Phillip Morris was one of those picks.

I was a bit preoccupied while watching the movie, but I certainly enjoyed it.

A plot filled to the brim with the art of con. Jim Carrey tends to play those twisted characters well. And Ewan McGregor  just as cute as can be. Although, I’ll never love a character more than what he played in Moulin Rouge! He’s just too delightful in that wonderful movie with his singing lines and smiles.

As so often happens with a movie depicting a gay story-line  someone gets sick, and the plot becomes depressing. At times I’m a little turned off by it all. My life is filled with happy, gay couples; not the stereotypical life you see in cinema.

Oh well.

Don’t you ever forget your dreams. If I see you walking down the street and littering the city with your forgotten dreams, I’ll make sure you get a ticket. Those dreams have stood by your side from the very beginning of your life, maybe childhood even, and they only part when you choose to abandon them. They’re reliable, patient, and loyal, if you choose to befriend them throughout life.

You’re not cool enough, strong enough, too big, or awesome to let go of those dreams today.

You need them.

For without a night’s dream, what do we have but silence in the dark?
